Refund Policy

What we offer

In the unlikely case that you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return the item to us up to 30 days after delivery. Once we have received the item, customers are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or shop credit minus shipping fees. Please contact us if you need help arranging a courier.

Due to the nature of products we provide, we expect items will be tested and altered to some extent. Nonetheless, full refunds are only acceptable in cases where close to the full weight of the item is returned to us. In cases where the item has received significant alteration, refunds will be allocated in direct proportion to the items returned. Please ensure that the item is packaged well.

Please note that customers do not need a reason to return their items, but are entitled to a full or partial refund in alignment with EU policy.
