While resins often move freely across borders, Ethereal Resins are neither liable for the actions of couriers or customs officials. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the import of raw plant materials is not in violation of any local law or policy, and to cover any further duty charges that may occur in the course of delivery.
Understanding the Products
We at Ethereal Resins always seek to provide the highest quality goods and services. Nonetheless, resins and other natural products can differ slightly from the images and descriptions provided. Insofar as the company works to ensure a high level of consistency, tolerance of natural variation is expected of the customer. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product for any reason, they are entitled to return the product according to company policy.
