Commiphora ornifolia is one of Socotra's endemic commiphora species. Its resin is one of the Socotra's most significant incense-related exports, providing vital income to Socotran communities. When burned, this myrrh conveys unique tart, fruity, and frankly mystical notes that set it apart from the resins of other Commiphora species.
